SMS Terms & Messaging Program

1. Program description

We send SMS messages about Class A CDL driver job opportunities and open positions, promotional job alerts and hiring incentives, recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding reminders, application follow-up, and related customer-care messages. This is a marketing program: in addition to recruiting and application updates, we send promotional messages about open positions to drivers who opt in. Message frequency varies based on open positions and your application activity.

2. How you opt in (message flow)

Users opt in on our website at https://semitruckstaffing.net/sms/opt-in, on the homepage SMS form, and/or when submitting a driver application at https://semitruckstaffing.net/apply by providing their mobile phone number and checking a consent box that states they agree to receive recurring automated marketing and conversational SMS from SEMI TRUCK STAFFING LLC about driver job opportunities and open positions, promotional job alerts, recruiting, and application status, and that messages may be sent from (555) 010-0191. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or of submitting an application.

Users may also opt in by providing verbal consent during a call or in-person conversation with a recruiter who reads the required disclosures (including STOP, HELP, message frequency, message and data rates, that we do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes, and where to find our Privacy Policy), then documenting consent. After verbal consent, we may send a confirmation SMS; for promotional/job-alert messages we may ask you to reply YES to confirm. Users may also text START or YES to the program number after that process.

4. Opt-out

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used to send the program messages described above and to manage opt-in/opt-out.
